Degrees: Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, 2008; PhD in Acoustics and Vibration, University of Southampton, United Kingdom, 2020. Academic work prior to employment at AGH: 4.5-month postdoctoral research on de-noising hot-wire data, University of Southampton, 2020. Main research interests: wave propagation in non-uniform acoustic and elastic waveguides, acoustic and elastic metamaterials, analytical and numerical modelling. Recent research interests: linear and non-linear elastic metamaterials with point scatterers.
